DHA Supreme is a high quality omega-3 supplement in its natural triglyceride form. Our DHA is derived from algae via a gentle water extraction method, and produced with a patented and proprietary process to minimize exposure to heat, oxygen and light. The DHA Algal Oil is Pesticide Free, Heavy Metals Free, and Micro Plastics Free.

Directions: As a dietary supplement for adults, take two (2) softgels daily, preferably with a meal, or as directed by healthcare practitioner.
